Your Coaches: 
Tom Price has been actively involved in all aspects of the paintless dent removal (PDR) industry since his training as a technician in 1992. His PDR diversity and expertise comes from his experiences as a route technician, rental car return specialist, auction technician, professional trainer/re-trainer, industry consultant, tool designer, hail technician and site manager, and owner of a retail shop. Tom has written many articles for industry periodicals including Mobile Tech News and Body Shop Business magazine. He helped conceptualize the Mobile Tech Show and founded the International Dent Olympics competition. His other contributions to industry education include being the long-time owner of the DentNetwork.com website, a clearinghouse for industry news and information.
Tom is the co-owner of PDR Coach, the industry's leader in PDR video education. He has successfully trained over 150 professional PDR technicians around the globe. Many veteran technicians have attended his advanced technical training courses to improve their ongoing skills and development. He is actively involved in the National Association of Paintless Dent Repair Technicians [NAPDRT] forum, the industries only trade association.  | Michael Hand is co-owner of the PDR Coach business and has operated a successful PDR and reconditioning business in Colorado since 1996. He has written several articles and done presentations on Paintless Dent Repair for a variety of venues. Michael brings his experience and skills as the producer and editor of the PDR Coach videos in a way that offers a unique perspective to the viewer for this very difficult to learn art.
